Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment provider. BELTD may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, card type, or limited payment metadata, but does not need to store full payment-card numbers on its own website systems.

Standard technical information may be collected, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, and cookie or similar technology data used for security, functionality, performance, and analytics.

3. Service Providers and Disclosures
BELTD may disclose information to vendors that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery, shipping and label services, analytics, and social-media integrations. Current site operations may involve Square for payments, Supabase for database services, Resend for email delivery, EasyPost for shipping-related services, Vercel for hosting, and Meta/Instagram for social-media functionality. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and our arrangements with them.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.
4. Marketing Communications
If you sign up for launch offers, product updates, or marketing, we may use your email to send those communications. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Transactional messages about orders, proofs, shipments, security, or customer service may still be sent when necessary.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for essential site functions, saved Builder or discount information, security, analytics, and performance. Browser settings can limit some technologies, although doing so may affect functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, future reorders, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by information type and legal requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or ask how it is used, through the Contact page. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.
9. Children
The website is directed to purchasers and team representatives, not to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian, coach, or other authorized adult should submit information for youth participants when appropriate.
10. Third-Party Links and Social Media
The site may link to or display content from third-party services, including Instagram. Interactions with those services are governed by the third party’s own privacy practices.
11. Sale of Personal Information
BELTD does not sell personal information for money. We use service providers and integrations to operate the business as described above. If BELTD’s practices change in a way that creates additional notice or opt-out obligations under applicable privacy law, this policy and the available privacy choices will be updated accordingly.
12. Payment Security
Payment-card transactions are handled by BELTD’s payment processor. Customers should not send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email, contact forms, artwork uploads, or other non-payment fields.
13. Privacy Requests
Privacy requests may be submitted through the BELTD Contact page. To protect customers, BELTD may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority before disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal information. Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for completed transactions, fraud prevention, tax and accounting obligations, legal compliance, warranty administration, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
14. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services and legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the BELTD Contact page.
