Terms & Conditions

This warranty should be read before purchase and kept with your order records.
1. Warrantor
This Limited Warranty is provided by BELTD, the seller of the BELTD-branded consumer product. Warranty requests may be initiated through the Contact page at wearbeltd.com.
2. Who and What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser of a BELTD custom belt and covers manufacturing and material defects in the covered BELTD product during normal intended use for 30 days beginning on the date the product is delivered.
3. Covered Defects
Covered defects may include a manufacturing or material defect that causes the leather strap to fail or tear, the elastic adjustment component to break or fail, stitching to separate, the rear-locking adjustment system to fail, or the delivered product to materially differ from the customer’s approved proof because of a BELTD production error.
4. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear; natural leather grain, texture, tone, or cosmetic variation; damage caused by incorrect sizing, misuse, accidents, intentional damage, improper care, excessive force, or use outside the product’s intended purpose; customer-supplied artwork or information errors; or damage caused by an alteration, modification, or repair. BELTD will not deny coverage merely because a third party performed a repair; an exclusion applies only to the extent the claimed damage or defect was caused by the alteration, modification, repair, misuse, or other excluded condition.
5. How to Obtain Warranty Service
Contact BELTD through the website Contact page within the 30-day warranty period. Provide your order information, a description of the problem, and reasonable photographs showing the claimed defect. BELTD may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim. Do not send a product back unless BELTD provides return instructions.
6. BELTD’s Remedy
If BELTD confirms a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, BELTD will, at its option and without charge for the covered remedy, repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a reasonably comparable BELTD product. If repair or replacement is not reasonably available, BELTD will provide any other remedy required by applicable law.
7. Duration
This written Limited Warranty lasts for 30 days from delivery. The duration and scope of any implied warranties arising under applicable law are not disclaimed by this document. Some rights may vary by state, and this Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to any other rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Incidental and Consequential Damages
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BELTD is not responsible under this Limited Warranty for incidental or consequential damages caused by a covered product defect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
9. Final Sale Policy Is Separate
The fact that a customized BELTD is final sale for preference, sizing choice, or other non-defect reasons does not eliminate coverage for a verified defect under this Limited Warranty and does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
